Video About Ebola and its Purpose as Mark Of The Beast

Yes, you heard it correctly – Ebola was created in a lab in order to enforce the marking of the beast.  You will be marked.  You cannot sell or buy.  But you don’t have to accept the mark.  Be creative and get off the grid.

If I didn’t love you I wouldn’t do this.  This is for your own good.  You will thank me later.  I tried to hold my silence, but innocent people are dying.  And privacy is going out the window.  What’s with the mass graves…That was a rhetorical question to make you think.

Ebola Spreads By Vaccinations

The following was posted on Facebook as new information about Ebola.  Here is to sharing.

People In the Western World Need to Know What’s Happening Here in West Africa. THEY ARE LYING!!! “Ebola” as a Virus Does NOT Exist and Is NOT “Spread”. The Red Cross Has Brought a Disease to 4 Specific Countries for 4 Specific Reasons and It Is Only Contracted By Those Who Receive Treatments and Injections From the Red Cross. That is Why Liberians and Nigerians Have Begun Kicking the Red Cross Out of Their Countries and Reporting In the News the Truth. Now Bear With Me:

Most People Jump to “Depopulation” Which is No Doubt Always on the Mind of the West When It Comes to Africa. But I Assure You Africa Can NEVER Be Depopulated By Killing 160 People a Day When Thousands are Born Per Day. So the real Reasons Are Much More Tangible.
Reason 1: This Vaccine Implemented Sickness Being “Called” Ebola Was Introduced Into West Africa for the End Goal of Getting Troops on the Ground In Nigeria, Liberia, and Sierra Leone. If You Remember We Were Just Trying to Get Into Nigeria for “Boko Haram” ‪#‎BULLSHIT‬ But That Fell Apart When Nigerians Started Telling the Truth. There ARE NO GIRLS MISSING. Global Support Fell Through the Floor, and a New Reason Was Needed to Get Troops Into Nigeria and Steal the New Oil Reserves They Have Discovered.

Reason 2: Sierra Leone is the World’s Largest Supplier of Diamonds. For the Past 4 Months They Have Been on Strike, Refusing to Provide Diamonds Due to Horrible Working Conditions and Slave Pay. The West Will Not Pay a Fair Wage for the Resources Because the Idea is to Keep These People Surviving on Rice Bags and Foreign AID So That They Remain a Source of Cheap Slave Labor Forever. A Reason Was Also Needed to Get Troops On the Ground In Sierra Leone to Force an End to the Diamond Miners Strikes. This is Not the First Time This Has Been Done. When Miners Refuse to Work Troops Are Sent In and Even If They Have to Kill and Replace Them All, the Only Desire is to Get Diamonds Back Flowing Out of the Country. Of Course to Launch Multiple Campaigns to Invade These Countries Separately Would Be WAY Too Fishy. But Something Like “Ebola” Allows Access to an Entire Area Simultaneously…

Reason 3: In Addition to Stealing Nigerian Oil, and Forcing Sierra Leone Back to Mining, Troops Have Also Been Sent In to FORCE Vaccinations (Deadly “Ebola” Poison) Onto Those Africans Who Are Not Foolish Enough to Take The Willingly. 3000 Troops Are Being Sent In to Make Sure That This “Poison” Continues to Spread, Because Again It Is Only Spread Through Vaccination. As More and More News Articles Are Released Like the One Above From Liberia, Informing the Populous of the US Lies and Manipulation, More and More Africans Are Refusing to Visit the Red Cross. Troops Will Force These Vaccinations Upon the People to Ensure the Visible Appearance of an Ebola Pandemic. In Addition to This They Will Protect the Red Cross From the Liberians and Nigerians Who Have Been Rightfully Ejecting Them From Their Countries.

Reason 4: 3000 Troops….. Is Ebola Susceptible to Bullets?? Ridiculous. Last But Not Least the APPEARANCE of This Ebola “Pandemic” (Should Americans Not Catch On) Will Be Used to Scare Countless Millions Into Taking the “Ebola Vaccine” Which in Reality IS THE PANDEMIC. Already They Have Started With Stories of How It Has Been Brought Back to the US and Has Appeared in Dallas, How White Doctors Were Cured But Black Infected Are Not Being Allowed to Be Treated Etc.

ALL That Will Do Is Make Blacks STRIVE to Get the Vaccine, Because It Appears That the “Cure” is Being Held Back From Blacks. They Will Run Out In Droves to Get It and Then There Will Be Serious Problems. With All We Have Seen Revealed About Vaccines This Year You Would Think We Learned Our Lesson. All I Can Do Is Hope So, Because They Depend Highly On Our Ignorance to Complete Their Agendas. Ask Yourself If Ebola Was Really Spread From Person to Person, Instead of Controlled Spread Through Vaccination – Then WHY Would the CDC and the US Government Continue to Allow Flights In and Out of These Countries With Absolutely No Regulation, Or At All? We Have Got to Start Thinking and Sharing Information Globally Because They Do Not Give the True Perspective of the People Who Live Here in West Africa. They Are Lying for Their Own Benefit and There Aren’t Enough Voices Out There With a Platform to Help Share Our Reality. Hundreds of Thousands Have Been Killed, Paralyzed and Disabled By These and Other “New” Vaccines All Over the World and We Are Finally Becoming Aware of It. Now What Will We DO With All This Information?’

Secret To Kidney Health

Shhh!  No one is listening.  So, let me tell you a secret.  No one is reading, except the super smart people , who won’t take no for an answer.

See, the majority of people will give up.  Conveniences are everywhere.  Thus, people take shortcuts.  This means that although healing options are available, people utilize what is readily available.  Convenience presents a problem because it gets into the aspect of quality.  How often have we changed our diets based on the environment?

I know a lot of you are anxious to know more about kidney health.  The hits skyrocket whenever I talk about kidneys.  Many people’s kidneys are suddenly going non-functional.  Is it surprising though?  We do eat a lot of non-foods.  Of course, the kidneys are affected.  After all, they are a filter for the body’s toxins.  So if your kidneys are already overloaded with sufficient toxins, why add to the problem.  Most of the times, this happens when we look to comfort foods as a reaction to overwhelming events.

No matter what type of toxins you put in your body, whether it is commercial sugar, commercial salt, alcohol, white flour and so forth, there is always a good food you can replace it with.  In the case of kidneys, black rice and black beans are very helpful.  Many people will hear this and won’t try it. But those who do will see the benefit immediately.

When you season these foods be sure to use Adobo seasoning.  I would venture to say include cilantro, olive oil, onions and Sazon.  Optional would be Bragg minerals.  That might make it too salty.  It doesn’t have to be overdone, a smidgen here and there will do.

I cannot even begin to list the benefits of black beans compared to other beans.  But I will give you a link. Black Beans
Anyone who has had kidney problems know that digestion can be a problem.  Black beans have a way of getting to the hard crevices to get to the part of the colon, such as the lower digestive tract.  The protein fiber combo helps lessen the digestive burden.  Its substances attack bacteria.  It regulates blood sugar so diabetics need not worry.  Its enzymes break down starch.  Furthermore, it has as much antioxidant as an apple.

What is interesting for me is my ability to hone in to foods that help with kidney issues.  My ancestors speak through me on this issue.  And they are always right.  Many do not believe in supernatural events or synchronicity.  I no longer deny it nor hide from it and thus I receive a lot of help.  Most of all I am grateful that every food they have brought to me can be researched and verified as good for the kidneys.  Every bean is not equal.  This is a warning to those who make generalizations without looking at the latest research.  Bon Apetit!

Sleeping positions And Your State Of Health

Sleeping with back pain  When you lay down in certain positions, it stifles your heart.  Try laying sideways and see what I mean.  When the heart is squeezed, it is not able to pump enough blood to the brain.  Experiment with different positions in order to check this out.

Mother and baby girl sitting and relaxing in nature. Try laying on your back and see what happens.  Are you able to notice any congestion in your lungs.  Machines do not always pick up what is wrong with you.  Some things are picked up by the time you are in critical stage.  This is not always the case though.

Happy kids close in circle on sky backgroundAt any rate, you should be able to be diagnosed for problems, regardless of the stage of the disease.  In other words, you should not hit rock bottom before they realize that there is something wrong with you.  Certain personnel become frustrated with patients, if they cannot find the root cause.  To me, this is exactly what is wrong with modern medicine.  They rely too much on machines as opposed to human conversations.

Unfortunately, machines cannot measure pain.  For a society that relies on machines to measure disease, can you imagine how frustrating this must be for people who suffer excruciating pain?  Patients get the notion that if a machine did not measure it, it did not happen.

Fresh produce and glass bottles with preserved food at homeA society that measures health care strictly with machines is bound to fail.  Eventually people will turn back to old fashioned remedies, due to the lack of care.  Speaking of care, this is exactly what is lacking in the modern health “care” system.  The word “care” is an oxymoron where medical staff treat you as though they do not care what is happening to you.  When people are treated like dollar bills, they will turn to alternatives.  An example of this is a patient that is referred to one specialist after another, where a series of expensive tests are conducted.  Since the machines cannot measure pain, the patient is treated as a hypochondriac or something to that effect.  What is wrong with this picture?

Try going to sleep with propped pillows and see what happens.  A patient with obstructed airway should not be laying flat on their back.  Yet some hospitals do this without questioning individual concerns.  Not all hospitals are this insensitive, I am just saying, it does happen.

If you read the previous posts, then you know that sleeping positions have everything to do with good health.  Some people wind up very ill because their sleeping position is not optimal for oxygen to go to the heart or brain.

Fighting Allergies The Right Way

There are those who fight allergies using pharmaceuticals, otherwise known as over the counter medicine.  I find this to be counterproductive.  Over the counter allergy medicines suppress the symptoms, otherwise called reactions.  One reaction to the allergens is watery eyes.  The allergens can be ragweed or pollen or something else in nature.  Another reaction is itchy eyes.  Some people respond by sneezing.

These reactions are the body’s way to fight foreign objects or things.  Imagine that.  Your body is allergic to nature.  Nature did not create nature to be allergic to itself.  Do animals sneeze as much as humans during pollination?  Are their eyes just as watery?  I think not.  My premise and fact finding factoid is that if we would stop eating meat, milk and cheese, you wouldn’t have allergies.

All the people interviewed that were vegan reported not having allergic reaction to nature.  Many in fact reported having allergies when they partook in meat, milk and cheese consumption.  But let us pretend for a moment that I am speaking to a non-vegan audience who wants relief.

One relief is bee pollen.  But you must take two pellets to start and increase it slowly.  There are dry pellets that need no refrigeration.  But for the same price you can get fresh ones.  You can tell the fresh ones because they have to be refrigerated.

Bee pollen has all the vitamins the body needs.  In addition to that it has bioflavonoids, amino acids and enzymes.  Many people report that any kind of vitamins help fight the allergic reactions so common during pollination.  The best vitamin is bee pollen because it is natural.  Furthermore it unlike other vitamins is complete, contains enzymes and amino acids.

Many people have had good results with bee pollen.  Start with two pellets and increase it gradually.  Everybody’s body reaction is different.  If this does not work for you, try other natural vitamins.

My Fearless Mom And The Mystery Of Her Existence

I was telling my friend of how while in a nursing home my Mom would beat up 3 men at a time for touching her inappropriately. She was 85 at the time and they were scared to death of her.

I had to get her out of there quick.

My friend was laughing silly and saying I took up after her because I was the only one who stood up to a common bully we all knew.  And everyone was scared of her except me. But I feel anyone in their right mind would not put up with the stuff she put us through.

It is sad to watch people exercise power over others, as if that would make their life better.

Many of us were born one way, and society made us another way.  For example, we are born fearless.  But society teaches us to be fearful.  Parents and teachers enforce this false doctrine of fear.  The Bible is a strange book, because it teaches you to fear the devil, while at the same time it says, you were not created in a spirit of fear.  I think that a lot of misinterpretation takes place.

The school system teaches everyone to fall in place or else face punishment.  The first teachers were nuns. They would hit people with rulers.  It is a very wise system devised to put people in boxes and to teach one to follow norms.  One is never encouraged to think outside the box.

Today there are many institutions that enforce these norms.  Thus, people are too afraid to think outside the box.

It is sad to watch potential die.  At 86 years of age, my Mom wanted to go to school.  We hear this and we laugh.  But the brain never really stops working.  Her brain was pretty intact even at that age.  We have a stereotype of people that says, they cannot learn after a certain age.

We never knew much about her folks except they stayed in the countryside.  Her Mom was quiet and her Dad a musician.

Are Creators Of Salsa Music Getting Credit?

In this case I am referring to composition, instruments, lyrics, singing and the whole nine yards.  Perhaps some creators of Salsa music are getting credit, but not if you are from the Dominican Republic, Venezuela or Colombia.  All credit has gone to Puerto Rico and Cuba.

I started not to post about this topic.  Too many people get emotional, when it comes to claiming their own.  I am not sure why.  But I do notice one thing.  Whenever someone tries to give dark people credit for their work, light-skinned people get angry.  Why?  Haven’t you hogged the stage long enough?  I have seen enough comments on You Tube that are emotionally charged and not based on reality.  I also have been around people from different countries.

I am posting this now, due to the overwhelming response in a blogspot post that I wrote.

I am a Sociologist so I cannot afford to be prejudice.  Thus, I have to be inclusive.  I went to a White College and Black High School.  I have a Latino origin.  I say all this to say that I have pretty much been around many different types of people and cultures.  I am including The Orient to include Thailand, China, Japan, Middle East, Africans, to name a few.  Racism is a learned behavior.  But it is so overt in the United States, that it becomes a culture shock for people who are not used to a charged environment 24/7.

More details here

That being said, I am guessing that the originators of salsa and son did not get credit because they are too dark.  The Untouchables of India are a prime example of the conspiracy to eliminate and denigrate dark people across the globe.  Thus, in an environment where it does not pay to be dark, Black or dark musicians and singers have it tough.  If you live in the United States, you are aware that Black singers, including Motown artists were not allowed in White restaurants and Night Clubs, or hotels for that matter.  Well, the Latin experience is something to watch.  My concern is with the dark people of the countryside who play music.  Who gives them credit?  I know for a fact that their music is sampled.  I have first hand experience in this.

The following link explains that The style of Son originated in the Dominican Republic.  You may have to translate it though.  Use Google translate.  A historian is speaking.  Cut and paste please, because I have not yet figured out WordPress linkage.  If you link it, you will see that Dominican son goes as far back as the 1800’s, at least.

It is easy to point out the many dark salseros who made it.  But the public has not seen the other side of the coin: those who did not make it.  I will start with my grandfather and then I will move to other people so it won’t be just about me.

My grandfather was a musician, lyricists and singer/songwriter.  Many women threw themselves at him.  He owned an entire town.  Due to the resources on his land, the government did a number on him, by paying him way less than it was worth.  Then suddenly the money disappears overnight.  But even with all the tricks that the light-skinned President, Trujillo, did such as burning deeds owned by dark people and transferring it to light people.  Even as he massacred many Haitians due to their dark complexions, everyone was aware that dark people would never get credit for anything.

Coming up as a child and hearing these things made me think that this kind of behavior was isolated to that part of the world.  But no, come to find out, it is a worldwide phenomena.  Even Whitney Houston was told she looked too ethnic and thus they weren’t going to promote her.  Her determination is what caused her to make it, though.

Okay, I am going to get to the point.  Unless you have been living under a rock, you are not aware that racism exists worldwide.  I can’t believe I am talking about this but here I go, to make a point for the sake of the comments on blogspot.  I want to clarify why part one was written in the first place.

In spite of all the light-skinned singers who used my grandfather’s music, we never saw a penny of it. They, in turn, became filthy rich.  El Torito admitted it when my mother approached him about singing her father’s songs.  My mother didn’t care about the money.  Either she was naive or the picture is unclear.  She was just making statements to him and he agreed.  If you don’t know the fame of El Torito, then you never heard Bachata.  He turns every song he sings into Bachata style.  Everyone loves his music all over the Hispanic world, including Mexicans.  I do too.  El Torito is light-skin.  My grandfather is dark-skinned.  Disclaimer, I love El Torito and worship his singing capabilities.  I don’t believe he did anything wrong.  This is not to denigrate him.  He is too honest  person, so it is possible that the music was in the public domain?  I do not know that because I didn’t grow up around my grandfather.

Next point.  Enlightened people are aware that The Son is the precursor to Salsa.  But they want to give credit to Cubans, not Dominicans.  People are mixed up because Dominicans were under the iron fist of a long running dictator, and thus their music did not properly get out, until now.  But even with that, back in the 1500’s, Dominican son existed.  Dominican sisters centuries ago took the Son to Cuba.  And the rest is history.  I will provide links.  This way you can read more about it without this turning into a book.

Video Documenting Origin of Son Musical Style

Today, people will say that Dominicans invented The Merengue and Cubans invented Salsa.  Puerto rico claims Salsa.  Cubans can claim Rumba, Bolero, Guaracha and many other forms.  You will hear Colombians say that they create good Salsa, and not just Cumbia.  The reality is that Merengue more than likely originated in Puerto Rico.  Dominicans started the Son and Salsa.  At this point let me provide links so this wont turn into a book (or a witch hunt for that matter).

The reality is that regions cannot hog a dancing style any more than they can hog a singing style.  Most of the Latino styles, including instruments, came from Africa.  Few make the connections.  But it explains why the musical styes of dark Latinos is so similar.  Many will admit that the drums are African as well as the Marimba, Calimba, Guiro and Maracas etc.  But somehow they always attribute horns and guitars to Europeans.  If truth must be told, the guitar had it’s birth in Africa.  From there it moved to Spain and the rest is history.  People must be reminded that just because a people adopt a particular instrument does not mean they invented it.

Here is a link of a walking history book on music.  Not only that, but he can play any style of Latin American music.  We must remember that the Dominican Republic was the first stopping place for the Colonists.  It was here that the fusion of all significant cultures met.  Here is the link on the musician I was making reference to earlier:

In this blog I made many clarifications.  I have revealed much.  But due to false indoctrination, there may be resistance.  I notice negative comments when a White dude posted the truth about the originators of Son, as Dominicans.  It got heated because the Cubans that are light-skinned are so used to hearing a lot of Cubans adopt that style.

What kills me is the racial innuendos that accompany the statements.  The truth of the matter is that in Latin America, White Mexicans, White Cubans, Whiter Peruvians and White Argentinians etc. grew up listening to Black music, without knowing that the songwriters and singers and musicians were Black.  It happened in the same manner that Whites listened to Black music in the 50’s 60’s behind their parents back.  And even before that.  One point is that many Whites grew up listening to Motown.  The beat and style are infectious.  But that is recent, in the grand scheme of things, because going back to jazz, the same thing was happening in the 1800’s.

But due to Jim Crow type of Law, separate fountains, the indoctrination of inferiority, stuck.  The contribution of Blacks to music, instrument and composition reverberates even to India and the Middle East.  But they are not acknowledged.  People who hear the oriental style of Ghanainas say that it sounds Chinese. But quite frankly, Chinese learned it from Africa.  There is plenty of evidence that the Olmec type lived in China long before the Asians got there.  It would not be fair to turn this into a history book.  But for brevity’s sake, Chinese do admit killing off the short Black people.  So during Thanksgiving while Whites celebrate killing off Indians, Chinese mourn the killing off of their ancestors, the pygmies.  Mind you, not all Asians are this conscious.  Consciousness and unconsciousness occurs among all the races.  Some are cognizant , some are not.

Copy this link ie cut and paste, scroll down and you will see Dominicans such as Wilfrido Vargas, Porfi Jimenez and many more, being just as great as any salsero (mucically speaking).  So what you will see is people after Trujillo that came into their own with salsa.  I have shown you that these styles existed even before Trujillo unofficially “banned” them or better yet, suppressed them.  I am saddened to live in a world where there is so much stereotyping.  We ask people where they are from in order to put them in categories.  What people are really saying is “how shall I treat you?”

Meanwhile El Son De La Ma Teodora stands alone as proof that Dominicans were singing son as early as 1845 and before.

I must say though, that many Colombians and Venezuelans put out some great salsa too.  I am simply giving credit to others besides Puerto Ricans and Cubans.  That remains without being said.  I just want the world to know that certain musical styles are not limited to a particular regions.  They do have a common denominator though. The originators are heavily melanated – what some call Black, negro and so forth, but are actually Moreno aka Moors.  The dictionary defines black as a white person and white as a black person, so we shall call them what they are: Moors. The term comes from Morocco, Mauritania and such African countries that have that same root.  This to me shows the connection to the Motherland Africa, quiet as it is kept.  It also makes me question just how much suppression did others experience besides Dominicans.

Disclaimer:  I am not angry at El Torito for singing my grandfather’s songs and making millions.  He is a very decent being.  I just wish I had benefited from it somehow.

The main reason why Dominican music remain unknown to the modern world is because the dictator, Trujillo,( who was put in place by the Nazi mentality), stopped all tourism  for 30 years, and literally dictated which type of music would be played.  Many were killed.  Few escaped the wrath of Trujillo.  Well, thanks to him Dominican music is unknown.  Many Mexicans, Colombians and basically all of Latin America play El Torito’s music.  I doubt if they even know that he is Dominican.  If they do, they may see him as the exception.  Some are shocked that other Dominican musicians and singers have a handle on Salsa.  Thanks to Trujillo, Dominicans get credit predominantly for merengue style music.  Naturally, many Dominicans adopted this style because that is what was accepted.  This is similar to the Afro-Americans embracing rap, although they are completely capable of playing jazz, rock and roll and many other genres.  People focus on what is putting food on the table.  Dominicans are multi-talented people.  I tried to show this in this limited space.  If the link does not work please copy and paste, because I am new to this linking technology.
